FLIGHT TO QUALITY: EVIDENCE FROM THE CHINESE BOND MARKET IN 2020

The article examines the relationship between the COVID-19 crisis and the change in the structure of the PRC market using the example of bonds with a high degree of safety based on data from 2020. The authors discover the existence of a relationship between structural changes in the market and the time of the pandemic, while showing the stability of the model. Using the example of the Chinese bond market, the authors show the phenomenon of flight to quality, and assess the consistency of the results of the study with other studies on similar topics.

METHODOLOGICAL ISSUES OF ASSESSING FINANCIAL STRATEGIES OF ENTERPRISES

The assessment of possible ways of strategic choice of the enterprise in the future is given. The introduction of the above methodology into the practice of strategic enterprise management will increase the efficiency of using information about the conditions of its activities in order to improve its financial management system.

FEATURES OF FINANCIAL BALANCE ANALYSIS FOR INTERNAL REPORTING USERS

Over the past year, many enterprises with foreign capital have announced the termination of their activities in the Russian market, but at the same time only less than 9% of them have finally left Russia. Many small and medium-sized enterprises with foreign participation, including Finnish participation, still operate in Russia, since Finland has been one of the main strategic and investment partners for many years. In connection with the presence of such enterprises, difficulties arise in the preparation and analysis of financial (accounting) statements for its internal users (Finnish founders and managers).

This article provides a financial analysis technique that can give the internal user of reporting (foreign owner and head of the organization) a complete picture of the organization's performance based on the organization's balance sheet data.

THE ROLE OF ECOTOURISM IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF PROTECTED NATURAL AREAS

The article considers the experience of ecotourism development in European countries. The basic principles of ecotourism are highlighted. The types of protected natural territories are identified and the degree of severity of the prohibition of the applicability of forms of use of natural territories is determined. The analysis of the current state of ecotourism development is also carried out on the example of the Russian subjects of the Kaliningrad and Leningrad regions. The study of scientific works allowed us to determine the role of ecological tourism in the development of protected natural areas. The development of ecological tourism in specially protected natural areas contributes to the formation of people's understanding of the importance of natural areas for the conservation of biological diversity.

TRAINING OF PERSONNEL IN THE FIELD OF DIGITALIZATION FOR INNOVATIVE AND ACTIVE ENTERPRISES OF RUSSIA

The article presents the scientific controversy of the formation of human resources in the conditions of digital transformation of the economy. A detailed analysis of the indicative assessment of the level of innovative activity of organizations in the Russian Federation by type of economic activity was carried out, the level of staffing of organizations engaged in innovative activities in the field of information technology was determined, and the level of training in the field of information technology and related fields of education related to the intensive use of ICT was assessed. The article identifies the main problems hindering the training of personnel in the field of digitalization, and ways to solve them. The results obtained can be used for further scientific research within the framework of digital and innovation issues, as well as applied in practice in order to substantiate management decisions by enterprise management and public authorities.

"GREEN" COMPROMISE: THE INNOVATIVE POTENTIAL OF THE OIL AND GAS INDUSTRY IN THE CONTEXT OF DECARBONIZATION

The article considers the prospects of the oil industry in the context of global innovation decarbonization trends. Among the main problems the following are highlighted: the critical place of oil and gas industry in Russian economy, costly search for alternatives, lack of clear policy and regulations. The article attempts to review the sequence of decarbonization measures in the oil industry and possible solutions: carbon capture, utilization and storage (CCUS), low-carbon fuels, electrification and energy efficiency measures. Particular attention is paid to finding innovation solutions that will curb global warming, while being sufficiently cost-effective.

THE ROLE OF FRIENDLY PROGRAMS IN THE DEVELOPMENT OF INCOMING TOURISM IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article is devoted to the consideration of the experience of implementation and assessment of the role of umbrella Friendly programs in the development of inbound tourism in the Russian Federation. The authors note that the current state of the Russian tourist market provokes the search for mechanisms that will ensure the stable growth of the domestic tourism industry. One of them can be considered an orientation towards the development of domestic tourism in the Russian Federation, the other is targeted work with incoming flows, taking into account the needs of target groups in order to restructure behavioral motives. Among the conceptually holistic programs for serving separately selected target consumer groups, umbrella Friendly programs are of particular interest.

EVOLUTION OF THERMAL REGISTERS AND EARNINGS: THE CASE OF THE PORTUGUESE MARKET

This study highlights the importance of thermal spas and the reasons that lead individuals towards thermal tourism. Because thermal spas are very important to the economy of the regions where they are located, this study analyses the personnel and frequencies of thermal spas in Portugal using descriptive statistical analysis. The results show the demand for Portuguese thermal spas is developing in a progressive trend and that the frequency of thermal spas is increasing annually despite the decrease during the pandemic due to covid 19. The analysis also shows that the demand for thermal spas is higher for Portuguese inhabitants than foreigners. We can conclude that the importance of thermal tourism in Portugal is very significant and plays a vital role in the local economy.

FEATURES OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF PUBLIC-PRIVATE PARTNERSHIP IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

There is an insufficient amount of investment in domestic infrastructure facilities. The first place in the number of contracts was given to the sphere of municipal infrastructure. The implementation of projects related to the development of transport infrastructure is usually postponed. Factors such as the economic crisis, the COVID-19 pandemic and changes in legislation influenced the decline in the indicators of concession agreements.

THE ROLE OF THE CIVIL AVIATION AND TRANSPORT SYSTEM IN THE SOCIO-ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF RUSSIAN REGIONS

The article provides an overview of the current state of the civil aviation industry, in particular, the segment of passenger air transportation and civil aviation infrastructure, identifies its role and impact on the regional economy. The authors show that the development of the passenger transportation market reflects the socio-economic development of the territories, as it largely determines their accessibility, investment attractiveness and convenience for economic activities. As a theoretical significance of the study, it should be noted the substantiation of the contribution of the regional air transport system to the gross regional product. Of practical interest are recommendations for taking into account the development of Russian civil aviation in modern conditions.

DIGITAL PROJECT IN THE FIELD OF YOUTH SOCIAL POLICY FOR ITS PROMOTION ON DIGITAL PLATFORMS: HEALTHY LIFESTYLES OF THE GROWING GENERATION

The relevance of the research lies in: (1) the possibilities of digital platforms as drivers of technological and socio-economic development of regions in promoting the values of society – a healthy lifestyle (HLS) among the younger generation in terms of quitting smoking; (2) increasing tobacco dependence among young people. The object of research: a digital project in the field of youth social policy for the development of healthy lifestyle of the younger generation, its promotion on digital platforms. Subject: the possibilities of digital platforms in promoting healthy lifestyle among the younger generation through: digital technologies, the use of methods of resistance to change. Research objectives: 1. Research of scientists in the field of the object, the subject of this work. 2. Conducting an empirical study among generation X. 3. The formation of cases among schoolchildren who smoke, quit smoking. 4. Formation of a digital project in the field of the subject of this study. Research methods: systematization, classification, grouping, comparison, logical, source-based, interview. The novelty lies in: substantiating the possibilities of digital platforms in promoting the values of healthy lifestyle among young people; improving the social mechanism of the subject of research (5 participants, 10 media of influence); forming the project "#Not belonging to Tobacco!/ TamakegaYaTugel!", which includes 10 events: using digital technologies (3 events) and changes in the elements of the social mechanism (7 events). Practical significance: formation of the value of healthy lifestyle of schoolchildren taking into account the social mechanism of healthy lifestyle, taking into account the methods of resistance to change. Conclusions: the scientific and theoretical foundations of this project study are presented, the scientific and practical results of this project study are obtained.

INSTITUTIONAL ASPECTS OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF INDUSTRIAL TOURISM

In order to overcome the crisis in the tourism sector, including industrial tourism, and move towards sustainable growth, it is necessary to comprehensively study problematic aspects using a variety of approaches and use the full range of tools they provide. One of the leading directions in the development of economic thinking at the present stage is the institutional approach, which allows a deeper and broader look at the causes and possible solutions to problematic issues and crisis phenomena.

The article considers the main trends in the development of industrial tourism in an innovative economy, taking into account classical management theories. Attention is paid to such problems as the active development and implementation of diversification strategies and the transition from strategic forecasting and planning to the development and acceptance of possible scenarios for the development of the economic situation, as well as ways and means to solve them. The characteristics of the main stages of the development of the institutional approach in the economy are given and principles are formulated that explain the specifics of the influence of social institutions - family, religion, traditions, morality, the state, etc. on the results of economic activity and their dynamics.

DETERMINANTS OF THE LEVEL OF PROFESSIONALIZATION AT THE STAGE OF THE THEORETICAL STAGE OF TRAINING

The relevance of the effective process of professionalization during the period of study at the university is indicated. The data on the level of interrelation of personal characteristics of future specialists and the formation of professional commitment and self-identification are presented. The presence of a connection is analyzed at the stage of theoretical training. The tightness of the connection was analyzed using the Pearson correlation coefficient. The influence of the leading motives in professional self-determination on the success of entering the specialty is proved. There is a confirmation of a noticeable connection between the methods of coping with problematic and stressful situations and the level of professional identity achieved. There is a noticeable connection between individual personality traits and the formation of images of a profession and a professional among students.
