ANALYSIS OF THE PERFORMANCE OF THE ENTERPRISE IN THE CONCEPTS OF THE "GOLDEN RULE" OF THE ECONOMY AND THE BALANCED SCORECARD

The article is devoted to the consideration of two conceptualapproaches to assessing the state and prospects for the development of economic entities in the real sector of the economy on the example of the so-called "golden rule" of the economy and the balanced scorecard. The relevance of the material of the article lies in the fact that the borrowed foreign methodology for studying the actual state of the enterprise, however, allows not only to assess the production and human potential of an economic entity in dynamicsof the analyzed period, but also to assist in the development of enterprise development plans for the future of various durations and the development of an individual development strategy in a particular market space in the areas of investment, innovative improvement, marketing policy development, corporate culture, increasing market activity, strengthening business reputation and competitive positions.

The purpose of the study is to test the effectiveness of the methodology of both approaches and the effectiveness of the tools used on the examples of enterprises in the real sector of the economy. The index method of statistical research was used as a toolkit when fulfilling both the "golden rule" and the balanced system of standard technical and economic indicators. The calculations are summarized in tables, illustrated with graphic drawings. The results of the analysis are discussed and commented on taking into account the specific characteristics of the sectoral activities of the selected economic entities. The article draws the necessary conclusions regarding the similarities and differences of the considered methodologies and assesses the prospects for their use in solving applied problems of analysis.

STOCHASTIC DOMINANCE IN THE STOCKS OF INNOVATIVE COMPANIES ON THE RUSSIAN STOCK MARKET

During the period of significant economic changes, the role of the state in the economy is strengthening, while the need for efficient resource allocation remains, which is characteristic of the market mechanism. The criterion for determining preferences based on second-order stochastic dominance, considered in the paper, allows the planner to identify the most preferred innovative companies for conducting appropriate policies. The result of the study is a hierarchy of preferences for a set of innovative companies represented on the Russian stock market. The article presents a calculation algorithm for series of different lengths generated by a stochastic process. An overview of the organized capital market for innovative companies is presented.

STATE REGULATION OF THE ECONOMIC ACTIVITY DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION PROCESSES IN THE FIELD OF DESIGN

This article features basic digital economics state policy. It covers consequences of economics digital modelling in terms of capital construction projects. The article reveals current level of digital maturity of design processes and its relationship with related areas of economic activity. Particular attention is paid to the integration of the cost estimate system into information modeling processes. Based on the results of the design processes maturity analysis, proposals were formulated on further directions for state regulation of digital transformation.

ANALYSIS OF INFORMATION AND ANALYTICAL SUPPORT FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE INDUSTRIAL TOURISM MARKET IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article analyzes the currently existing information resources on the Internet dedicated to the development and promotion of industrial tourism in the tourist services market. In the course of the research, the strengths and weaknesses of the main information resources in the field of industrial tourism were identified in order to develop methodological recommendations for their improvement in the conditions of digitalization of socio-economic processes in the service sector. The article highlights the main blocks of reasons that reduce the effectiveness of the promotion and development of industrial tourism programs in the context of its information and analytical support.

THE ROLE OF INVESTMENT BANK CREDIT AS A SOURCE OF INNOVATION FINANCING IN THE SEGMENT OF SME ENTERPRISES

The article discusses the features, advantages and disadvantages of a popular source of innovation financing in the West and not fully implemented in Russia — an investment bank loan. A statistical overview of the use of this source in a number of countries is given. It’s high role in the innovatively active segment of small and medium-sized enterprises is noted, the limitations of the use of this source and ways to overcome them in Russia are presented.

THE CONCEPT OF ESG IN THE RUSSIAN PRACTICE OF BRAND DEVELOPMENT

The article examines the conceptual foundations of ESG within the framework of the Russian practice of brand formation, analyzes the activities of the alliance of the largest Russian companies concerned about the modern investment agenda. DENTTECH: DIGITAL TRANSFORMATION OF THE DENTAL SERVICES MARKET

This article presents results of the analysis of the market of dental services. The current level of digital transformation of this market is analyzed in detail. The trend of development of this direction in the market of private dental services is indicated. The difference between the established concept of digital dentistry and DentTech is established. COOPERATION OF STAKEHOLDERS AS A KEY TO SUCCESS IN INVESTING IN HOTEL INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE REGION

The article substantiates the relevance of the search for new approaches to organizing the process of investing in the development of the regional hotel infrastructure. Based on the analysis of statistical data, the authors show that the profitability of the hotel business is highly volatile, and the index of entrepreneurial confidence in the service sector is currently taking negative values. All these factors form the low investment attractiveness of the hotel infrastructure in the regions. As a method of expanding investment opportunities, the authors propose to combine the efforts of stakeholders, which include hotel business owners, regional authorities, financial institutions and private entrepreneurs from related fields of activity. The study is based on a combination of deductive approach, analysis of statistical data and expert assessments. As a theoretical significance of the study, it should be noted the identification of cause-and-effect relationships between the development of the hotel infrastructure and the socio-economic development of the region. Of practical interest are recommendations on the implementation of joint investment projects by interested parties.

LOYALTY PROGRAMS AS A TOOL FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ESG PRACTICES AT HOSPITALITY ENTERPRISES IN A MARKET TRANSFORMATION SITUATION

The article is devoted to the consideration of the importance of developing loyalty programs as a tool for the development of ESG practices at a hospitality enterprise. The authors focus on the study of factors of economic instability and market volatility and note that hospitality enterprises are forced to look for new ways to attract and retain customers in order to stand out from competitors and ensure their sustainability and growth. Special attention is paid to the principles of ESG as an integral part of modern business. It is concluded that the integration of ESG practices allows enterprises to increase their attractiveness to investors, improve their reputation and reduce the risks associated with climate change and social problems.

NICHE AND UNIQUE TOURISM PRODUCTS AS A CURRENT TREND IN THE DEVELOPMENT AND BRANDING OF TOURIST DESTINATIONS IN RUSSIAN REGIONS

One of the main trends in the development of the tourism market in modern Russia is the stratification of offers of tourist products. On the one hand, a mass tourism product stands out, suitable for most tourists. On the other hand, niche tourism is being formed, the proposals of which take into account all kinds of features and customer requests. In this area, educational trips, ecological, sports and other types of tourism are becoming increasingly popular. The ability of Russian regions to form unique niche tourism products directly affects their branding, popularity among tourists, and, as a result, the economic efficiency of tourism activities at the territory.

REDUCTION OF MUNICIPAL SOLID WASTE GENERATION IS A KEY FACTOR IN SOLVING PROBLEMS IN THE FIELD OF WASTE MANAGEMENT IN SAINT-PETERSBURG

In 2022, the implementation of the reform in the field of municipal solid waste management began in St. Petersburg. The article provides an analysis of the implementation of the first year of the reform: shows the first results, the main participants and problems that can slow down the achievement of the stated goals of the reform. The problem areas of the reform in the city are the construction of complex waste processing plants focused on the production of fuel from waste (RDF, SRF), as well as insufficient attention to stimulating the reduction of municipal solid waste generation. The article provides recommendations for improving the implementation of the reform.

IMPACT OF THE MECHANISM OF EXTENDED PRODUCER RESPONSIBILITY ON THE SECONDARY MATERIALS INDUSTRY IN RUSSIAN REGIONS

The article gives a description of the current situation with the introduction of extended producer responsibility in the Russian sphere of waste management. The authors show that at this stage there are a number of problems with the involvement of secondary resources in the production turnover. As a theoretical significance of the study, it should be noted the model developed by the authors of a comprehensive accounting of the components of the organizational and economic mechanism of extended producer responsibility in the regions of Russia (POETIC). Of practical interest are recommendations for the implementation of this model.

PROBLEMS AND TRENDS OF FUNCTIONING OF PRINT MEDIA IN MODERN MEGAPOLISES

The article lists the functions of the metropolis; Threats for print media in St. Petersburg were identified: lack of sales opportunities for printed products, decline in popularity, emergence of similar niche media on the market, worsening of the general economic situation, intensification of rivalry from direct and indirect competitors, imitation of technologies for creating rating media by competitors, increasing demand for online publications; analyzed the advertising market of print media in St. Petersburg; estimated the volume of advertising in the means of its distribution in St. Petersburg over the past 12 years; describes the history of changes in the cost of print media; revealed the dynamics of development of enterprises in the industry; options for solving problems and neutralizing negative trends are proposed: increasing the revenue side of the print media budget by selling advertising space through an increase in demand for their products in the market, clearer segmentation of their target audience and, accordingly, developing an appropriate content strategy, increasing reader loyalty, increasing productivity through more detailed planning of the employee motivation system, income growth in the digital media segment, growth in the cost of services associated with limited supply.

THE ROLE OF RAIL TRANSPORT IN THE RESTORATION OF LOGISTICS SUPPLY CHAINS

The article examines the current problems that have arisen in the field of logistics against the background of the military operation in Ukraine and the subsequent wave of sanctions, defines the role of rail transport in the conditions of a sharp reduction in sea and air transport. The dynamics of the market of transportation of various goods, additional measures to ensure precisely adapted logistics transportation, as well as the development of new supply lines are reflected.

METHODOLOGY FOR DETERMINING THE ECONOMIC INDICATORS OF A PROJECT WITH AGILE TEAM STRUCTURE

The article considers a combination of Time Driven Activity Based Costing techniques, coupled with a Commitment point strategy in conditions of a high degree of uncertainty, to objectify the assessment of aspects of project activity. The article analyzes modern practices in determining the methodological models of project evaluation, related strategies and the possibility of practical application for the effective economic activity of organizations.

IMPROVING THE STATE POLICY IN THE FIELD OF CONSULTING SERVICES IN MODERN CONDITIONS

The consulting services market has become an important and highly visible sector of the service economy in terms of the scale of ongoing transactions, the internal market structure, the complexity of the technological process of providing services, and the range of services offered. In this regard, the formation of a management system for the organization of consulting services, both at the state level and at the level of individual organizations and enterprises, is of particular relevance. In this study, the emphasis is placed, to a greater extent, at the macro level and examines in more detail the aspects of planning consulting activities and the role of consulting in the strategic management of companies in various industries, taking into account current trends in the Russian consulting market.

The article considers the main directions of state policy in the field of managing the strategic and operational development of the consulting services market in our country, taking into account the influence of the uncertainty factor. Attention is paid to such aspects of state regulation as administrative and, in part, economic support for the consulting services market by the state, the greening of economic activity as an object for providing consulting support and information and analytical support from the state, planning consulting activities and a number of other relevant areas.
