ANALYSIS OF THE INFLUENCE OF DIGI- TAL ECONOMY ON THE SERVICES MARKET IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

The article presents various characteristics
of the modern services sector, which are
formed under the influence of scientific and
technological progress and organizational
innovations. Based on the inductive approach, the author generalizes the argumentation presented by Russian and foreign researchers regarding the digitalization potential of individual segments of the service sec-
tor. The findings on the opportunities that
open up to the service sector with the development of digital technologies are based on
the analysis of high-quality information and
expert assessments. As an element of scientific novelty, the author substantiates the directions of using digital technologies to im-
prove the activities of companies in the service sector.
INVESTMENT ACTIVITY: PROBLEMS OF GROWTH OF THE NATIONAL ECONOMY

The article analyzes the impact of investment activity on the development of the
Russian economy. Factors that influence
decision-making in the investment sphere
are considered. The relationship between
fixed capital investment and economic
growth is determined, as well as the amount
of fixed capital investment required for GDP
growth.
The factors that have a negative impact on
the investment climate and the main reasons
that hinder the growth of investment in the
economy are identified.
Investment activity is considered as one of
the most important aspects of the state's
socio-economic policy and the successful
functioning of elements of the financial system. The special role of project Finance as a
progressive form of investment activity, an
important element without which it is impossible to systematically transform the economy and ensure its growth, is highlighted.
AGROMARKETING AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR INCREASING ECONOMIC STABILITY OF ENTERPRISES OF THE AGRICULTURE OF RUSSIA

The article is devoted to the problems of increasing the stability of enterprises in the
agricultural sector of the Russian economy.
The relevance of using agro-marketing in the
current conditions of agroeconomics is emphasized. The place of the agricultural sector
in the structure of the Russian economy is
shown. The types of enterprises with a certain degree of economic stability, operating
in adverse, sometimes destructive conditions
of the Russian agro-industrial complex, are
presented. The results of the analysis of
modern agribusiness with the typification of
the causes of a negative trend are presented. The vector orientation, configuration and
priorities of the state agrarian policy in the
long term are determined. The issue of the
national project "Development of the agroindustrial complex" is touched upon. The
essence of the implementation of the State
Program for the Development of Agriculture
from the perspective of the sustainability of
today's agricultural sector of the economy is
revealed. The rationale for the use of agromarketing tools aimed at increasing the stability of the functioning of agribusiness enterprises, increasing the competitiveness of
agricultural products, both in the domestic
and foreign markets, is given. The specific
features of agromarketing are considered.
The main provisions are formulated that reveal the essence, peculiarity, and the prospect of using agromarketing by agribusinesses. The factors are compiled that determine the application efficiency of agromarketing to agricultural enterprises.
SCOPE OF APPLICATION, STATUS AND PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF INNOVATIVE LEASING

The article reveals the relevance of leasing
in the context of comparison with credit, as
well as the presence of some features of the
development of the domestic economy. The
mechanism of the use of leasing in the activities of economic agents is considered, its
role in financing innovative activities and ensuring the technological competitive ad-
vantage of enterprises is indicated. The historical context of the development of leasing
in Russia as a type of entrepreneurial activity
is disclosed. The existing approaches to the
definition and understanding of the content
of the category of “innovative leasing” are
generalized and classified from the standpoint of considering innovative leasing according to the criterion of classifying it as the
implementation of a particular type of innovative activity. The analysis of the development trends of the leasing services market
and its structure. The problems and opportunities of regulatory regulation in the field of
the implementation of innovative leasing
have been identified, allowing to gain an
idea of the prospects for its development.
IMPROVEMENT OF MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL PROPERTY COMPLEXES IN THE CONDITIONS OF MODERNIZATION OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMY

The article presents the results of a study of
methods for managing property complexes
under conditions of dynamic changes in the
external environment that take place during
the period of economic modernization. The
author uses a combination of an inductive
approach and phenomenological philosophy,
on the one hand applying the general management methodology to the specifics of
industry property complexes, and on the
other hand making generalizations based on
the opinions of individual experts. The findings are based on the arguments of Russian
and foreign researchers regarding property
management methods. The scientific novelty
of the proposals developed by the author
consists of a grouping of factors affecting the
adoption of management decisions in relation to the property complex, and justification
of the criteria for the formation of the final
complex of these decisions.
PROSPECTS FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF ECO-INDUSTRIAL PARKS IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION BASED ON THE USE OF CONSULTING SERVICES AND AUTOMATION

Ensuring the safety of the environment and
the involvement of secondary resources in
industrial circulation is an extremely important task for modern society. Every year
in large cities, the population increases and
new industries appear, which entails an increase in waste. In modern conditions, there
is a need for the formation of eco-industrial
parks as highly efficient complexes for the
conservation of material and energy resources and the formation of a closed-loop
economy. The conclusions made by the authors are based on the argumentation of
Russian and foreign researchers regarding
waste management methods. The scientific
novelty of the proposals developed by the
authors is to determine the role of automation and the use of consulting services in the
development of eco-industrial parks in the
Russian Federation.
ROLE OF EQUIPMENT RENTAL SERVICES IN DEVELOPING THE SPHERE OF EVENT MANAGEMENT

The article considers the current state of the
rental sector of equipment for organizing
events. The author uses the deductive
method, applying the general principles of
modern services market functioning to a
specific segment of equipment rental for organizing events. The findings are based on
an analysis of qualitative information and the
opinions of Russian and foreign researchers.
A generalization of the research results
showed the availability of free niches in the
market for rental services of Russian-made
equipment and the prospect of new companies entering it. As a scientific novelty, it
should be noted that the author justified the
multidimensionality of the impact of the
availability of rental professional equipment
on the development of the market for services for organizing events and leveling the
state of the sociocultural environment in the
regions of the Russian Federation.
RUSSIAN OIL AND GAS COMPLEX: MODERN STATE

The present paper contains a description of
main stages of the evolution of the Russian
oil and gas complex in the post-Soviet period. The problems of the transition of the national oil and gas complex to market economy within Russian borders are described.
The modern organizational structure of the
oil and gas complex is analyzed. Differences
between organizational structure of gas and
oil industries are described. An analysis of
the modern problems of the oil and gas
complex and main trends of its development
is given. The most important internal problem of the oil and gas complex at the present
stage is decrease of the quality of natural
reserves.
METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO ASSESSING THE LEVEL OF CORPORATE MARKETING MANAGEMENT

The article is devoted to the issues of theoretical and methodological support of the
process of organization and management of
corporate marketing as a systematic activity
for choosing the market behavior of an enterprise in order to increase its competitiveness and sustainable development. The
main methodological provisions for the formation and evaluation of the level of market-
ing management are formulated, and the
main blocks for managing this process are
identified and described in terms of content.
A methodological approach is proposed to
evaluate the parameters that make up a
comprehensive assessment of the level of
management, taking into account their significance. The conclusion is substantiated that
such blocks as the concept, technologies
and qualification of managers in the field of
marketing are of the greatest importance for
domestic enterprises, and the overall level is
below average, but this largely depends on
the industry and the level of consumer demands.
SOCIO-ECONOMIC AND MARKETING RISKS OF TECHNOLOGICAL ENTREPRENEURSHIP

The relevance of the article's topic is determined by the need for a technological breakthrough in the Russian economy, which is
based on the activation of entrepreneurship
in the innovation sphere. The essence of
technological entrepreneurship, its goals and
objectives, as well as specifics are clarified.
The classification of risks of technological
enterprise is given and their content is considered. A mechanism for managing risks
associated with entrepreneurship in the field
of high technologies is proposed, taking into
account a number of factors of the new
economy, marketing, social responsibility of
business, and the development of special
institutions for insurance of high-tech risks.
CHARACTERISTICS AND ANALYSIS OF CARGO TURNOVER OF SEA PORTS OF THE AZOV-BLACK SEA BASIN AS A COMPONENT OF CARGO BASE OF SEA PORTS OF RUSSIA

The paper analyzes the place of the national
economic security within the system of national security. It is demonstrated that the
basic legal acts of Russian Federation in the
field of national security have important
methodological problems that hinder the implementation of an effective system of national security. Main types of national security are identified. A system of interactions
between them is built. The structure of the
national economic security is corrected. The
concept of the value security as the ability of
the national economy to produce and dis-
tribute a sufficient amount of added value is
introduced. Recommendations for amendment of the legislation of Russian Federation
in the field of national security are formulated.
ECONOMIC POLICY: NATURE AND PROBLEMS

formulated.
FORMATION OF A POSITIVE IMAGE OF AN ENTREPRENEUR IN THE RUSSIAN SOCIETY

The formation of a socially-oriented market
economy in Russia is possible only with the
intensive development of entrepreneurship
in each of the regions of the country. In
2018, in order to strengthen entrepreneurial
activity and increase a number of small and
medium-sized businesses, the Government
of the Russian Federation adopted the National Project “Small and Medium-Sized Enerprises and Support for Individual Entrepreneurial Initiative”. The National Project list
of activities to promote entrepreneurship is
not exhaustive and may be supplemented by
a number of others borrowed from the practice of foreign countries. Developed by the
author list of activities can contribute not only
to formation of a positive image of an entrepreneur in the Russian society, but in general also lead to an increase in the efficiency
of business activities in Russia.
