FINANCIAL SUPPORT INSTRUMENTS FOR SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT OF OIL AND GAS ENTERPRISES

WASTE-FREE STORES IN RUSSIA AND ABROAD. CONCEPTUAL ANALYSIS

This paper discusses the concept of waste-free stores. Similarities and differences in the conduct of non-waste activities in the industrial sector and in retail are established. The authors propose a classification of retail enterprises depending on the level of implementation of measures to minimize waste from the operation. The authors distinguish four levels: starter, advanced, system, and dummy. The work contains a detailed description of waste-free stores and their popularity in Russia and abroad. The authors offer a description of the advantages and risks of opening a waste-free store in Russia in the current conditions. The paper concludes with recommendations for opening waste-free stores in Russia. Among them: analysis of the need for such a store in a specific region of the country; choosing a location where the target audience will be highly passable; building partnerships directly with manufacturers; opportunities to expand the range.

METHODOLOGICAL AND PRACTICAL RECOMMENDATIONS FOR DIAGNOSTICS AND IMPROVEMENT OF MANAGEMENT OF SMALL INNOVATIVE ENTERPRISES AT HIGHER EDUCATIONAL INSTITUTIONS OF RUSSIA

In the article, a number of theoretical issues and empirical results of the research of small innovative enterprises (SIE), developed in scientific-educational sphere, including at universities and analyzed the number of problems associated with the use of platforms for businesses and their office space faced by SIE in institutions of higher education (SIEH). A recommendation is made to solve the problem related to the property relations of the SIEH. in the form of creating a "joint regional research laboratory" for the SIEH.

COGNITIVE APPROACH TO THE ANALYSIS OF CAR ADVERTISING SLOGANS

This article provides an overview of cognitive approach to the analysis of car advertising slogans, the effectiveness of slogans is estimated. Car slogans are investigated from the standpoint of conceptual metaphor theory and conceptual blending theory. The relevance of the work is proved by the increasing interest to the advertising discourse based on the methodology of new research paradigms.

IMPACT OF INDUSTRY 4.0 ON CONSUMER BEHAVIOUR AND RUNNING BUSINESS

The entire economy is interconnected and becomes more and more integrated into one unified system every year. Changes in one area necessarily lead to changes in areas of activity. The speed of integration and economic change is only growing. The transition of the economy to Industry 4.0 is one of the main factors that led to the accelerated development of the economy. Today it is difficult to imagine the functioning of markets and companies without innovations of the fourth industrial revolution. Industry 4.0 drives both innovation and social disruption. The benefits of the fourth industrial revolution are increased productivity and quality in processes. And the disadvantage is creating a "crisis of trust" because of job security and the use of personal data in the era of widespread use of Industry 4.0 technologies.

 

ECONOMIC ANALYSIS AND CREATIVE DIDACTICS IN THE SCHEMES OF DISTANCE LEARNING OF THE BACHELOR'S PROGRAM

The article discusses the possibility of including in the format of performing independent tasks as in the development of educational programs of higher education in the system distance learning, and during the period of coronavirus infection Covid-19, forced self-isolation and limited quarantine, elements of creative analytics from the arsenal of tools of the didactic approach of the so-called activity-based comparative studies. As an example of the student's work, we chose the implementation of an independent task in the academic discipline "Economic analysis" from the section "Analysis of the implementation of the production program" in a specific production case study "Structural assortment analysis of labor intensity" of one of the economic entities representing the real sector of the national economy of the country. The article provides the author's recommendations for enhancing the creative potential of a student, for stimulating interactive work in the classroom with a teacher in the implementation of the distance learning system, with the proper execution of a workbook of observations and with the controlled formation of professional competencies of the main educational program.

HOSPITALITY INDUSTRY CUSTOMER LOYALTY DRIVERS IN THE CRISIS ENVIRONMENT

The article deals with the issues of the customer loyalty formation in the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic context as well as in the post-pandemic period. The authors are focused on identifying the customer loyalty drivers in the hospitality industry. Among the leading loyalty drivers during the crisis there were defined such factors as the provision of security protocols, individualization (customization) of services, the readiness of enterprises to diversify their activities, flexibility and variability in the process of providing services, and the use of customer-oriented approaches, such as co-creation of value. The relationship between customer satisfaction with the quality of services, emotional and behavioral loyalty is especially highlighted. The loyalty drivers’ consideration can be suggested to become one of the leading factors in anti-crisis enterprise management in the hospitality industry.

 

MARKETING AND DIAGNOSTIC SCREENING OF REGIONAL INDUSTRIAL COMPLEX DEVELOPMENT FACTORS

The relevance of the study is due to the growing imbalances in regional industrial development in the prevailing socio-economic and political conditions and the need to study this process in order to influence and manage the name. Classification of the main key factors affecting the industrial complex of the region is given, as well as their essence is disclosed.

It is justified that for the successful functioning of the regional industrial complex, it is necessary to conduct marketing and diagnostic screening of key factors. For this, the rank for each factor was identified.

This procedure was carried out on the example of the main industrial sectors of the Belgorod region (from 2014 to 2018). It was revealed that the introduced anti-Russian economic sanctions, the inefficiency of regulatory legal acts, and, in general, state policy negatively affect certain sectors of the regional industrial complex.

FEASIBILITY OF ECONOMICALLY-INEFFICIENT OVERHAUL OF EQUIPMENT

Assessment of economic efficiency of equipment overhaul involves comparative analysis of the costs incurred both due to equipment overhaul and purchase of the new equipment.

To date, whenever attempts are made to resolve the above problem, the fact that enterprises, when choosing a preferable scenario, tend to use various funding sources, has been disregarded. Major overhaul of equipment has been carried out at the expense of the manufactured products cost, while new equipment can be purchased at the expense of the enterprise’s net profit. This article offers another approach to filling this gap.

Study of the problem was based on the models of reproduction of the equipment stock in various working conditions. Different solutions for equipment overhaul may lead to uneven annual results of the enterprise’s activities.

The enterprise’s net profit applied to cover the costs of consumption and expanded reproduction has been taken as the benchmark to reflect its ultimate performance indicators.

It was proved that lack of financing sources accounting effort at solving the problem in question may lead to loss of the net profit.

THE NEED TO IMPROVE THE ORGANIZATION AND WORKING CONDITIONS OF STAFF

The main scientific methods for improving the organization and working conditions are identified and formulated. The use of scientific methods of organizing and improving working conditions to improve the efficiency of each individual employee and the enterprise as a whole is justified.

ENSURING ECONOMIC SECURITY OF AN INDUSTRIAL COMPANY IN THE SISTUATION OF NETWORKING TRANSFORMATION

The present paper contains a critical analysis of the existing approach towards ensuring the economic security of a company within distributed production chains. It is demonstrated that despite the shift towards distributed models of production, the management mostly uses the tools typical for Fordist organization of production and for market transactions. Recommendations are formulated that would help to improve the management of distributed production systems on the basis of networking tools.

SOCIALLY SIGNIFICANT BRANDS AS ASSETS OF RUSSIAN SOCIETY

The aspects of brand trust are presented, the social potentials of brands in various industries are considered, the influence of brands on scientific and technological progress is demonstrated.

STATE SUPPORT MEASURES FOR SMALL AND MEDIUM-SIZED BUSINESSES IMPLEMENTED IN THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION DURING THE ECONOMIC CRISIS

The article is devoted to a question of measures of rendering the state support of small and medium business to the enterprises in the conditions of COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic. The article analyses the impact of the pandemic on key sectors of the Russian economy, which are reflected in statistical material and an analytical review of indicators such as world oil prices, national currency rates, unemployment rates, fluctuations in stock exchanges, inflation rates and other indicators. The authors pay special attention to the issue of providing state support to small and medium-sized businesses aimed at the processes of taxation, lending, subsidies, preservation of production resources, employment levels and other processes.
