CHOOSING AN OPTIMAL STRATEGY OF DEVELOPMENT OF THE INCLUSIFE TOURISM ECOSYSTEM: AN ECONOMIC AND MATHEMATICAL MODEL

The use of an ecosystem approach for the development of inclusive tourism can significantly increase the availability of tourism services for people with special needs. At the same time, it is extremely important to choose an optimal strategy for the formation of this ecosystem, taking into account a large number of options for the participation of potential stakeholders. The goal of the present paper is to develop an economic and mathematical model of the inclusive tourism ecosystem which can be used to substantiate the choice of the optimal strategy for its development.

THE PARADIGM OF THE DEVELOPMENT OF THE RUSSIAN ECONOMIC MODEL IN THE MODERN ECONOMY

The article considers a new mechanism for the transformation of the national economy in accordance with the development strategy. Scientific approaches to the formation of a national model are considered. The main problems hindering the development of the Russian economy are highlighted. An algorithm for the development of an optimal model for the development of the Russian economy is proposed.

FOREIGN PRACTICE OF MASS SPORT FUNDING

The purpose of the research is to study the foreign experience of the financial provision for mass sport and to identify possible sources of its funding using the example of Great Britain. Particular attention is paid to the problems of major sporting events financing that can attract global audience and sponsors seeking to increase the attractiveness of their brands and products. The conducted research allowed us to identify areas for attracting financial sources for sports organisations of various levels.

EXPERIENCE IN IMPLEMENTING ESG-STRATEGY IN CHINA: TRENDS AND RISKS

The article reflects the importance of introducing ESG principles into the policies of Chinese organizations and presents the main problem of applying the ESG model. The authors reviewed statistical data on key indicators and studied the main development trends of Chinese enterprises that encourage the use of ESG strategies. The work examines the features of integrating ESG models into the policies of Chinese companies, reveals the main risks associated with the modern agenda, and analyzes ESG strategy as a mechanism for reducing business risks, with an emphasis on the experience of organizations representing the Chinese market.

PRINCIPLES AND STAGES OF DIGITAL TRENSFORMATION IN THE SERVICE SECTOR

The article presents data emphasizing the position of the service sector as one of the priority economic sectors. The authors highlight the factors influencing the need to implement digital transformation, provide examples of categorization of the principles of digitalization and their description in the context of the transformation of service organizations. The main stages of organizing procedures for bringing service organizations to the digital level are outlined. The significance of the concept and strategy as the main documents in implementing the digital transformation of organizations in the service sector is specified.

RUSSIAN RETAIL TRADE IN RUSSIAN FEDERATION: CURRENT STATE

The present paper contains a description of article the current state of the retail market in the Russian Federation. The main trends of the development of retail in Russia are shown. These trends include the growth of digital retail, the emergence of new retail formats adapted to the changing purchasing power of the population, the entry of federal retail operators into new regional markets and the acquisition of small retail companies by large chains. A major threat to the sustainable development of retail may be a shortage of labor, which requires a revision of the policies of retail companies in the field of personnel management.

RELEVANT PRINCIPLES AND INNOVATIVE TOOLS FOR MANAGING THE DEVELOPMENT OF TRANSPORT SYSTEMS IN THE REGIONS OF RUSSIA

The authors substantiate the importance of constantly updating the principles and tools for managing regional transport systems. In the process of the study, stages were identified, the passage through which can be observed in the modern history of the formation and development of these systems in the Russian Frderation. Among the principles that are relevant in the current conditions, the authors named complexity, adaptability, sustainability and efficiency. As a scientific novelty, it is worth noting the analysis of the introduction of modern technologies and tools in the management of transport systems. These technologies and tools are aligned with the classical functions of management, including forecasting, planning, organization, accounting, analysis, evaluation, control, feedback.

MARKETING STRATEGY FOR PROMOTING RESPONSIBLE CONSUMPTION

The impact of current consumption and production trends occurring around the world highlight the need to move towards responsible consumption as a key element of sustainable development. As a society, being a responsible consumer means understanding that there is a power to help consumers change the world through the choices they make every day. Aimed at promoting responsible consumption, the concept aims to influence the behavior of producers, distributors and retailers and encourage decision-makers to implement policies that protect the environment and citizens' rights. The phenomenon of the sharing economy as a socio-economic model based on the principles of participation, collaboration and responsible consumption has inexhaustible potential for solving a number of pressing economic and social problems and reflects current economic trends. The article analyzes the marketing aspects of the popularization of responsible consumption and concludes that the popularization of the environmental dimension of responsible consumption by business is largely aimed not at solving social or environmental problems, but is part of the advertising activities of business entities based on sensory marketing tools.

RESEARCH ON THE IMPACT OF ONLINE REVIEWS ON CONSUMER DECISIONS WHEN CHOOSING GOODS AND SERVICES ON MARKETPLACES

In the modern world, the Internet has become not only an effective distribution channel, but also one of the key platforms for the exchange of views and experience between consumers. Given the growth of online sales, understanding the impact of reviews on consumer decisions is becoming more relevant. Feedback can both attract new customers and alienate potential audiences, as confirmed by various studies [1]–[14], but the mechanisms of this influence and its scale require additional detail and systematization. The results of a study of the impact of reviews on marketplaces on consumer solutions when choosing goods and services are of interest from the point of view of developing a marketing strategy in an organization on these online sites.

ON THE MEASURING CAPABILITIES OF THE HUMAN FACTOR RISK WHEN DESIGNING RESTORATION WORK ON OBJECTS OF IMMOVABLE CULTURAL HERITAGE

The article considers the problem of measuring risks and threats created by nature and characteristics of the human factor and affecting the efficiency and safety of activities at the micro level of the economy, in particular, in the environment of scientific and design organizations during the development of restoration projects at immovable cultural heritage sites located in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad Region. A literature review of sources covering the problem under study is conducted. The goal of the study is formulated, consisting in attempts to measure the impact of human factor risks on the efficiency of scientific and design work, and the tasks are outlined, the solution of which will allow achieving the goal. The object of the subject study is the assessment of complex damage and indirect losses, and the subject is defined as the procedures for measuring the effects of these risks. The methods and tools of the planned study are defined. A number of intermediate author's results are obtained, clarifying the nature of the human factor, the conceptual apparatus of the topic, the classification of risks, threats and dangers that can cause significant damage to an economic entity, harm to its market activity, damage to its business reputation and brand value. Partial results were discussed, four stage output were made. Promising directions for further joint research by the authors of the article have been identified, which can be considered the starting point and the beginning of the path in the systematic study of the problem of threat metrics from the human factor.
