IMPROVING THE ELECTRONIC QUESTIONNAIRE FOR HOUSEHOLD ACCOUNTING: PILOT STUDY EXPERIENCE
Author(s): E.A. Kutemova

The All-Russian Population Census plays a key role in the formation of state socio-economic and demographic policy. However, the digital transformation of population statistics has revealed a serious methodological problem: when switching to an online data collection format, residents face difficulties in understanding the category of "household." An analysis of the results of the last census showed that many citizens interpret this concept narrowly - as a family or relatives registered at the place of residence, ignoring the key criterion for joint farming. As a result, persons who actually live together (for example, roommates, guardians) are often not included in the household, which distorts the statistical picture of the socio-economic composition of the population.

FIXED CAPITAL AND REGIONAL DEVELOPMENT: CAUSAL ANALYSIS
Author(s): M.L. Bykova

This paper provides an analysis of the relationship between investments in fixed assets and the socioeconomic development of Russian regions. The study is based on econometric analysis, which evaluates the impact of investments in fixed assets per capita on gross regional product per capita. Using the example of the Central Federal District, a stable and statistically significant direct relationship between the studied indicators has been established. ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC APPROACH TO SETTING PRIORITIES FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF LOGISTICS INFRASTRUCTURE IN BILATERAL TRADE
Author(s): A.V. Parfenov, V.M. Gviliya

The article proposes an organizational and economic approach to prioritizing the development of logistics infrastructure in bilateral trade between the Russian Federation and Georgia under conditions of the absence of a formalized interstate infrastructure strategy. The study substantiates the need to move from a fragmented analysis of individual infrastructure facilities toward a systemic view of the trade and logistics corridor as an integrated economic system. The proposed approach is based on four interrelated levels: physical infrastructure, border and institutional mechanisms, logistics flow organization, and economic efficiency of trade. It is demonstrated that the coordinated development of these levels contributes to the reduction of total logistics costs, improvement of delivery predictability and resilience, and creation of conditions for the growth and diversification of Russian export structure. The findings may be applied to infrastructure prioritization in foreign trade corridors characterized by institutional constraints and strategic uncertainty.

Keywords: bilateral trade, institutional infrastructure, logistics costs, logistics infrastructure, organizational and economic approach, predictability of deliveries, resilience of supply chains, Russia-Georgia trade.

METHODOLOGY FOR ASSESSING CUSTOMER VALUE IN B2B SALES AT THE CHANNEL LEVEL
Author(s): S.B.Medvedev

This article develops a multi-level methodology for assessing customer value in B2B sales, accounting for the multi-actor nature of decision-making and the channel interaction structure. In project-based and technologically complex procurement contexts, perceived value is distributed across members of a decision-making unit (DMU), who differ in functional roles and institutional influence. Existing multi-criteria approaches typically operate at the individual level and rarely integrate channel-level analysis.

The proposed methodology formally distinguishes two analytical levels. At the actor level, an integral customer value index () is calculated for each organizational participant in the channel, aggregating the assessments of its decision-making unit (DMU) members into a consolidated customer value profile. At the channel level, actor-specific  values are aggregated through influence coefficients () into a channel-level index (). The contribution lies in formalizing the transition from individual perception-based measurement to channel-level aggregation within a unified analytical architecture. The methodology is intended for application in complex project-based B2B sales involving multi-stakeholder decision processes.

Keywords: customer value; B2B sales; decision-making unit; multi-criteria analysis; customer value index; value map; channel map; project-based sales.

FACTORS OF ENTREPRENEURS' TRUST IN THE PUBLIC PROCUREMENT SYSTEM
Author(s): Sh.M.Shurpaev

The public procurement system is characterized by a certain perception both in society as a whole and in the business community. This system in the business environment can be associated with contradictory things: both with financial opportunities, new sales markets, and with a high level of corruption, anti-competitive behavior and other illegal phenomena. Low institutional trust in public procurement – that is, the trust of participants in this sphere in each other – undoubtedly reduces the effectiveness of all procurement activities. The purpose of this study is to systematize and characterize the factors influencing business entities' trust in the public procurement system. To achieve this goal, a PEST analysis was used, taking into account the main trends and specific features of the public procurement sector at the current stage of development.
