SOURCES OF FINANCIAL SUPPORT FOR THE AGRICULTURAL SECTOR AND THEIR IMPACT ON THE INDICATORS OF THE REPRODUCTION PROCESS

The article presents an econometric analysis of the influence of the main sources of financing for the agricultural sector on the performance indicators of its activities. The current scientific works on the subject area of research are studied. A correlation and regression analysis of the influence of factors on the effective indicators of reproduction in agriculture was carried out. Factor models are constructed and based on them, the features of the modern Russian financial system for ensuring the reproduction process in Russian agriculture are identified. As a result of the conducted econometric analysis using the influence of factors-sources of financing of the reproduction process in agriculture, the relationship and mutual influence of individual sources of financing of the agricultural sector on the performance indicators of its activities is revealed. A priority source of financial support for agricultural activities has been identified to improve the efficiency and sustainability of the agricultural sector.

RELATIONSHIP OF THE ADVERTISING MARKET AND INNOVATIVE TECHNOLOGIES

The article examines the impact of new technologies in the advertising industry on the indicators of advertising markets and on the economies of different countries. The influence of what factors forms the advertising market has been determined. The dynamics of the development of the advertising industry is investigated, both in the world and in the Russian market. The assessment of the indicators of the world's media markets is given, and on the basis of the study, the relationship between the influence of innovative technologies on the development of the advertising market is determined.

The relevance of the topic lies in the fact that the modern world and Russian economy cannot fully exist without advertising, and advertising cannot develop without innovative technologies, which in turn affects the global advertising market.

RETAIL DEVELOPMENT TRENDS IN RUSSIA

In this paper, the authors review the trends that can be traced in the development of Russian retail. Within the framework of the article, it is proposed to divide trends into three types: trends in changes in trade formats, trends in product portfolios, and trends in retail digitalization. The underlying causes of these trends have been identified. The authors also formulate recommendations for using these trends in trading activities.

SOCIO-ECONOMIC LABOR MARKET STATISTICS AND THE COVID-19 PANDEMIC

The article is devoted to the state of the labor market in connection with the dire consequences of the pandemic, the self-isolation regime and limited quarantine. Trends and dynamics of employment processes, unemployment rate, demographic difficulties of the country, the impact of the situation in the labor market on certain aspects of digitalization of the national economy and the features of work in conditions of remote access to a stationary workplace are considered. The author also touched upon other special issues of both labor relations, and the doubtfulness of some statistical calculations of the recursive influence of political factors on the behavior of coronavirus infection and the consequences of the COVID-19 epidemic using indicators of morbidity, mortality and mortality of the disease.

SOCIAL PROBLEM OF CITIES "HEALTH AND FAST FOOD" FOR THE DEVELOPMENT OF SOCIAL POLICY BASED ON CHANGES IN SOCIAL MECHANISMS AND THE USE OF DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES

The object of the research is the social problem of Russian cities related to the creation of a healthy food system. The subject is social mechanisms and digital technologies used to solve social problems. The authors drew on the theoretical and practical experience of Industry 4.0 (Germany). Methods used: systematization, classification, grouping, comparison, logical, source-based, regression analysis methods. The purpose of the research is: formation, improvement of the social mechanism for the formation of a healthy food system in the city as a component of the Russian e-health system. The study provides a scheme for integrating participants in the social mechanisms of the healthy food system in the city through digital technologies, and suggests a strategy for obtaining and interpreting research data based on identified indicators. The practical results of the research are: the social mechanism of e-health implementation has been adapted with the specification of its participants; the project indicators are defined: a social indicator based on the presence of a customer card; a marketing indicator based on the promotion of social projects through social advertising; an indicator of state support for a gadget application on a Federal website. The application of the research results is as follows: certain provisions will be presented for discussion in the Public chamber of Murmansk.

CURRENT STATE AND PROBLEMS OF DEVELOPMENT OF TRANS-PORT-LOGISTIC INFRASTRUCTURE OF THE PORTS OF THE AZOV-BLACK SEA BASIN

From the point of view of integrating the transport system of the South of Russia into federal and international transport corridors, the state and prospects for the development of the region's transport infrastructure play an important role. The transport industry of the Southern Federal District is represented by all types of mainline transport, on the effective interaction of which the development of not only the regional, but also the national economy depends. The main ports of the European part of the Russian Federation are located in the southern region, handling more than 33% of the cargo turnover of Russian seaports. The article examines the current state and main directions of modernization and development of the transport and logistics infrastructure of the ports of the Azov-Black Sea basin, identifies the key problems in the development of the transport and logistics complex of the southern region.

INVESTMENT AND REGULATION: TRAJECTORIES

he article considers the issues of regulation of the national economy, identifies the problems of financing, their impact on the investment process. It is proved that conditions are being formed in the macroeconomic environment that allow us to move from a hard to a soft version of regulating the economy and ensuring its growth. The starting point of the research is the theory of monetarism, the essence of which is to control inflation, and the role of the state to monitor and control the flow of money. The reasons for inefficient regulation of the national economy are identified, cause-and-effect relationships that affect the growth of investment activity are identified and justified; new financial approaches to regulating the economy to solve a set of interrelated tasks in creating a Foundation that contributes to the growth of the country's economy.

ANALYSIS OF THE EVOLUTION OF MANAGEMENT CONCEPTS THROUGH THE PRISM OF RE-FOCUSING THE OBJECT OF MEASURING THE RESULTS OF MANAGEMENT OF SOCIO-ECONOMIC SYSTEMS

As part of the study of the general measurement problem in the management of socio-economic systems in the dynamics of their development, the article presents the results of an analysis of the evolution of management concepts through the prism of re-focusing measurement objects of the results of managing socio-economic systems. In the process of research, the following issues were considered: what determines the patterns of socio-economic development; what is the dynamics of the relationship of the main attributes of the impact of the subject of control on the control object in the process of socio-economic development; what is taken as a measure of controllability of the socio-economic system and how do priorities change in the definition of measurement objects in the development process; what is the composition of the quality management categories of socio-economic systems and what is their relationship; How do specific historical conditions affect the change in measurement objects and methods for measuring the controllability of socio-economic systems? Based on the five-phase model of the evolution of management concepts, the patterns of re-focusing the measurement object of the results of managing socio-economic systems are shown and their features are highlighted in relation to the period of 2020–2030s.
